Fortress is a flagship product of Cadmus Project Management LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certified company based in Rocklin, California.
Cadmus was founded by a Service Disabled Veteran with a straightforward goal: build useful software that solves real problems. Fortress is the first consumer product under that mission, with more to come.

The Data Behind Fortress
Fortress is powered by two best-in-class open comic databases:
Grand Comics Database (GCD) - A community-maintained, comprehensive database of comic book publications spanning over a century of comics history. Comic metadata in Fortress is sourced from GCD under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 (CC BY 3.0) license. We are grateful to the thousands of volunteers who have contributed to the GCD.
Metron - A modern, community-maintained comic database with an extensive API, providing additional metadata and cover image sourcing. Metron is an open project supported by the comic collecting community.
League of Comic Geeks, publisher and distributor listings, and public comic databases - Fortress also uses release, issue, and cover references from public catalog sources where available. Publisher names, characters, series, cover art, logos, and related marks belong to their respective publishers, licensors, creators, and distributors. Fortress uses those materials only for comic identification, collector research, and collection management context.
Pricing in Fortress is a market guide built from sampled public listings per issue, not completed sales records, and is provided for informational purposes only.
